Traditional automatic transmissions lose market share

Statistics show that the market share of AT/DCT transmissions in passenger vehicles dropped to 41% in Q2 2025, a 9-percentage-point decline compared to the same period last year, while demand for dedicated hybrid transmissions (DHT) surged significantly.
